Majid Shajiee joined the firm in 1978 as a civil engineer.
He could prove his capabilities and merits by managing and
administrating various projects. Mr. Shajiee was elected as
a member of the board of director very soon after his joining
with the company. In 1994, he was elected as the president
of the company and since then he has been undertaking this
responsibility. Mr. Shajiee has a diverse and extensive background
in civil engineering.
He is a graduate of University of Tehran and holds M.S. degree
in Civil Engineering.

Morteza Kasmaei,

Morteza Kasmaei began his career with the company in 1986
and was elected as the chairman of the board of director in
1999. He is a leading expert in the field of climatic engineering
and a proven researcher. The Ministry of Urban and Housing
and the Ministry of Education in Iran have approved the result
of his researches as the authoritative document for the climatic
classification of Iran for building Design purposes. Mr. Kasmaei is a graduate of University of Idaho, holds a
Master degree in Architecture (M. ARCH).

Mohammad Ershad,

Mohammad Ershad joined the company in 1982 as an electrical
engineer. In a short period of time, he demonstrated his capabilities
and was promoted as head of the supervision and subsequently
head of electrical department. He has contributed in design,
supervision, and management of numerous projects. Mr. Ershad is a graduate of The Iran University of Science
and Technology in 1970, holds B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
